Fight fire with fire, or lose everything

It seems that the inhabitants of places like New York City and Washington, DC, have seen the political legal memo, and they are following it. No matter what the legal case against you looks like, hole-ridden Swiss cheese or stinky Limberger, if a civil lawsuit or a criminal prosecution can be brought against a conservative in these far left venues, the jury will not be of your peers, or impartial, but will instead be filled up with strongly partisan activists who hate every fiber in your conservative body.

You, the conservative, will not get your day in court in these places. You won’t get a fair hearing. You won’t get justice. You will be dragged through the mud, the judge will toss the rule of law out the window and instead use his or her office to artificially hamstring your defense, gag you without reason (First Amendment rights are the first thing the left goes after), and the District Attorney or plaintiff’s attorney will be allowed every thing they want, every bit of crazy evidence. And the jury will sit and consider your case for maybe a few hours.

And you will lose.

Look at the ridiculous lawsuit against Trump in NYC, by this EJ Carroll lady. She vaguely alleged that some time in 1995 or 1996, which is year unknown, and also month unknown, day unknown, hour unknown, that President Trump had raped her in a dressing room in a department store. Mind you this is nearly thirty years ago, and she never filed a police complaint or told a friend. Only when Donald Trump became President Trump and was surrounded by a leftist shark feeding frenzy did this partisan Democrat lady make her accusation. In other words, her complaint should not even have made it into court. There is no evidence and she looks like a complete partisan fake.

But New York City is not a normal place with equal justice for everyone. We see NYC’s DA Alvin Bragg turning the city into a zombie apocalypse by turning violent criminals free and criminally charging those people who merely defend themselves against deadly force from the zombie felons. So the ridiculous case against President Trump was allowed to continue by politically partisan judges, and today a jury actually found him civilly guilty of somehow molesting this strange lady, despite there being no evidence at all. Plus, the jury also agreed that President Trump’s denial of her allegations was a form of defamation.

By disagreeing with a leftist, by refuting a leftist’s vague accusation, you are guilty of defamation…got it?

And in Washington, DC, non-violent January 6th protestors are being found guilty of all kinds of crazy made-up crimes for which there is zero evidence, and they are being sentenced to decades in prison, by politically partisan juries who hate everything about the defendants and who will use their position on the jury to attack and hurt the defendant, no matter how little evidence there is to support the criminal charges against him.

All the prosecutors have to do is get the defendant into court in Washington, DC, and the partisan judge and partisan jury will take care of everything else. Doesn’t matter that you could not possibly have done the things you are accused of, the Democrat jury got that memo about the need to be partisan, and pow, you, an innocent man, are going to jail for decades.

Are Republican elected officials across America paying attention to this? They should.

Because if your goal is to win the power game by any means possible, what the Democrats are doing is how you win. They don’t follow the law or the Constitution, they don’t treat people fairly, they are lawless and ruthless and merciless. They will not allow anything to get in their way from destroying their political enemies. They use bogus lawfare and crooked courts and partial juries to hurt people who should not be hurt, but who are of the wrong skin color…excuse me…they have the “wrong ideas.”

Most of America is conservative and dominated by Republicans. For every New York City or Washington, DC, there are a hundred or two hundred small towns and rural counties where Republican DAs and Republican sheriffs and Republican judges live and work. If these Republican officials wanted to play by the same rules the Democrats play by in New York, Washington, Austin, and Seattle, they could. They could easily turn 90% of America into no-go zones for leftists, activists, registered Democrats, etc.

Oh, but Josh, that would not be right, you say.

Right? What is right in this situation? We have one political party using the same exact lawfare tactics the communists used in Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Yugoslavia, and Romania after World War II, to destroy their political opponents and impose one party rule. End of democracy, by using semi-democratic processes. It is where America is headed right now, especially if there is no resistance.

So if one side is playing by their own set of rules, and setting everyone opposing them on fire, then why the hell wouldn’t the other side do the same thing? Fight fire with fire. That is how you win a fight, a war, a dispute. Rolling over and playing dead means you lose. Waiting for the next election to be stolen so you can have your hopes dashed again is also a losing method.

Here is one way this can work out:

Sheriff’s Deputy in East Succotash: “Ma’am I see your tail light is out, can I see your driver’s license and vehicle registration, please?”

Registered Democrat Activist or Politician: “My tail light is not out.”

Sheriff’s Deputy: “Ma’am, I need you to step out of the car.”

Registered Democrat Activist or Politician: “I don’t know why you are doing this, what have I done?”

Sheriff’s Deputy: [sounds of a violent struggle as he forcefully pulls the Democrat activist or politician out through her car door] “Stop resisting! Stop resisting!”

Four Hours Later

Sheriff’s Deputy: “Book her for assault on a law enforcement officer, DUI, failure to obey commands, resisting arrest…”

Republican Judge: “Sorry, no bail for you, Miss Arrogant Democrat Politician. You have committed terribly grievous crimes here in this jurisdiction, and we will not tolerate it. Go to jail and stay there until we get this sorted out.”

Republican DA: “Daggone, look at this crazy lady, all hopped up on her self importance. We need to make an example of her felonious lawlessness.”

Four Months Later

Jury Forewoman: “Your honor, we have deliberated for a long and difficult three minutes, and we find Miss Arrogant Democrat Politician here guilty of all charges.”

Republican Judge: “Miss Arrogant Democrat Politician, you of all people should know better than to have behaved this way. I am going to hold you accountable to the maximum allowed by law, so I am sentencing you to thirty years…no, make that sixty years in prison without parole, to begin immediately.”

And that is how you fight fire with fire across 90% of America. The entire country would turn into a no-go zone for the same exact people who are right now uproariously joyous at the lawlessness “their side” is inflicting on hundreds of innocent people, including President Donald Trump.

Dear elected Republicans across America: Do it, or get out of office and let a fighter in who will. Because if you won’t fight back and fight now, eventually these sadistic leftist people will catch up to you, and then you won’t be able to fight back at all. You will lose everything.

Lot more conservative jurisdictions than leftist ones. Each red place here is an opportunity to give lawless Democrats a taste of their own medicine. Call it “Saving American democracy” and you’ll feel better about doing it.

“Only Trump can destroy Trump”

For five long, brutal years President Donald Trump withstood a non-stop cyclone of misinformation, disinformation, lies, hoaxes, endless false accusations, two fake impeachments, and outright mutiny and insubordination by federal employees and military officers.

President Trump handily won re-election in November 2020 with the devotion of his ardent supporters, and the big lie that basement dwelling corrupt, doofus failed career politician Joe Biden was president only became an official narrative because that cyclone of official insubordination and mutiny around President Trump reached its climax from November 4th 2020 through January 2021 with the help of Big Media lies and Big Tech censorship. All statutory and constitutional safeguards set up to protect sacred American voting from being tampered with failed, because the people entrusted with those safeguards deliberately failed.

And all throughout that five year period tens of millions of American voters kept faith that President Donald Trump would prevail, because they knew that only he, of all of America’s elected officials, believed in a free America with liberty and justice for all. Despite the Democrat Media – Big Tech industrial complex’s best efforts to divide Trump’s followers from Trump, the Trump Train continued full speed ahead. As it does even now, when Trump draws huge crowds to his rallies.

Radio personality extraordinaire Rush Limbaugh used to explain how the Big Media people just do not understand the connection that Trump has with his followers.  Rush said many times “Only Trump can destroy Trump’s relationship with his followers. Because that bond of trust between them is so strong.” In other words, it would take a betrayal of that trust by Trump to sever that bond. No big lies, no hoaxes, no fake impeachments would ever dent Trump’s popularity.

And I think we are beginning to see that bond fraying, only because President Trump is fraying it through his own deliberate actions that directly alienate his strongest supporters. No one ever accused President Trump of being a politician, and in fact it is his greatest pride that he is not a politician. He didn’t think that way and he didn’t act that way. But by trying to act like one now, Trump is reaping the kinds of results that politicians invariably get when they literally play politics.

In the past week we have seen President Trump officially endorse for US Senate a known Hollywood liberal RINO candidate, Dr. Mehmet Oz, instead of a true conservative candidate who actually lives in Pennsylvania. This endorsement was so bizarre that many people are booing its mention at voter gatherings here in Pennsylvania. It is not a popular decision among Trump’s followers.

And now President Trump is actually, incredibly, unbelievably encouraging PA Swamp RINO problem child Jake Corman to stay in the PA governor’s race. Even though Corman has been the biggest obstacle to conducting an official audit of the stolen 2020 election here. Which makes people wonder if Trump is going to endorse Corman, who was just about to file paperwork to withdraw his name from the race, but who is now following Trump’s advice to stay in.

So many old adages address this situation. One goes “If you have nothing positive to say, then say nothing at all.” Another goes “It is better to be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.” And of course Rush Limbaugh’s warning to President Trump (paraphrased here): “Only Trump can destroy Trump.”

If President Trump continues destructively mucking around in Pennsylvania politics, of which he knows little, and in which many of us have devoted decades of our lives at great personal cost while battling the corrupt PAGOP and the Harrisburg Swamp, then Trump is going to break his bond with us.

All of my friends are saying this, and I am saying it, too, as painful as it is. President Trump, we will follow you to Hell and back, if we believe that you have our backs. But when you behave this destructive way and hurt us, then we no longer trust you.

Afghanistan debacle is no mistake

Stolen elections have consequences. The purpose served by stealing the November 2020 election was to follow through on Barack Hussein Obama’s boastful threat to “fundamentally change America,” whether or not Americans actually wanted that.

As the 2016 election showed, more Americans are awake now than have been in many decades. Americans knew that something foul was afoot, that both main political parties were up to no good, and electing a plainly and unapologetically pro-America Donald Trump was the citizens’ way of demonstrating that they disagreed with the downward direction America was headed.

So in 2020, it took herculean efforts to steal the election in order to reverse the opposing trend Americans were on. And I don’t think it is immoral as an observer to say that the Democrat Party’s multiple multiple-front assaults on the democratic process was pretty damned impressive. They left nothing to chance in singling out Democrat cities in swing states to have like 150% voter turnout, 95% of which was amazingly just for one candidate, Biden, and none for any down-ticket candidates.

They even managed to buy off, dumb down, and intimidate enough Republican Party career hacks to ensure that very little partisan resistance was mounted in response on Election Day evening or over the course of the following weeks and months. Even now in Pennsylvania, we have an overtly recalcitrant state senate leader, Jake Corman, who is openly doing everything he can to stop a forensic audit of the incredibly corrupt November 2020 election here. Ya gotta ask why.

Why is it that even now, with the Afghanistan retreat debacle, the southern border crisis debacle (millions of illegal aliens require no vaccine, no masks, no anything, but native citizens get thrown in jail and lose their jobs for the slightest resistance to the vaccine posse, go figure), the California governor recall debacle, the failing COVID response debacle, the massive January 6th rally official overreach response debacle, the blatant disregard for public opinion by elected officials everywhere, that little Republican opposition is mounted?

I believe it is because this failing and flailing and hyper aggressive unconstitutional government overreach is all by design. This is how you take down a country. This is how you cause a nation to collapse. This is how you allow a healthy nation to become unhealthy. This is how you really do fundamentally change a nation that is populated by people who do not want to change.

You force it down their throat and up their ass from every angle possible, using every tactic from shame to coercion to threats to media manipulation and indoctrination of the youth to turn against their parents, their elders, their own best interests.

America is under assault from within, and the Afghanistan debacle that pretty much everyone across the board agrees is being terribly and most publicly mishandled, is just the most public evidence of this assault. The disastrous retreat from Afghanistan is not a mistake, it is by design. It is done to hurt America financially ($85 BILLION in abandoned high tech war machinery is a lot even by Pentagon standards), to demoralize its citizenry, to hurt America strategically.

Those crazy hippies in the 1960s and 1970s who said all those silly things against America and against their own parents…they meant it all. They meant every word of that and much much more, too.

And now those same old hippies have the keys to America, and they are using those keys to open up America and utterly destroy it from within.

They do not believe in “power to the people,” because they actually hate the American people. They never did really value democracy, they just wanted to use and abuse the democratic process every way possible to gain leverage and power within that process, and then to control that process. Witness the effort underway to federalize America from a union of united and very different autonomous States and to put the Washington, DC, bureaucracy in charge of everything everywhere.

This is communist centralization, not the diffusion of power via myriad checks and balances America was founded on.

Again, no crystal ball here. No idea where this all goes. I constantly meet new people who are just awakening to this war against America from within America. I also see lots of Americans sleep walking, blissfully unaware and frankly, uncaring about the nation’s trajectory. WalMart has what they want, there is a football game on the TV, and they just don’t want to be bothered with all that self-rule business.

It’s just too hard, they think and so they want to delegate that sacred process to corrupt “professional politicians” like Jake Corman.

Good luck with that, Mister and Missus America! (Sarcasm)

Ryan’s NobamaCare Plan

RINO Paul Ryan, Speaker of the US House, is unveiling a complicated “reform” of ObamaCare as I write these words.

To say his plan is complicated is a gross understatement. The fact that it requires so many charts and graphs tells us everything we need to know: No.

The main problem with Ryan’s NobamaCare plan is that it becomes part and parcel of an already clunky and complicated federal tax code.

We don’t need no more stinkin’ federal tax code stuff, unless it is a total overhaul. Like elimination and replacement.

Ryan’s plan just makes it all worse, both the health care part and the federal tax part.

Only elimination will suffice.

One of the issues with political careerists like Ryan is that they are unwilling to think or act outside the box. They accept certain premises handed down by previous elected officials, instead of questioning why and how they did what they did.

I mean, look at federal and state pension problems alone. What on earth motivated previous elected officials to create these monstrosities? It sure wasn’t a careful and judicious use of limited taxpayer funds! Why, you could be led to believe that those former politicians had used taxpayer money to create largess and thus buy votes, so they could stay in office….

Career politicians like Ryan are terrified of making a mistake, because they are terrified of losing their cozy job and benefits. He refuses to make a principled stand when it can count. So he\they stick to what is politically safe, ie palatable to the special interests that control him\them and then those interests that control the opposition party.

The concerns of us citizens factor in way last, if at all in their calculations.

So, ObamaCare must go, as it is the Unaffordable Care Act, and no, you could not keep your health plan, and no, you could not keep your doctor. It was a disaster. You cannot fix a disaster. You get rid of a disaster.

And while we are at it, can we get rid of RINO Ryan, too? America needs a principles-focused person, man or woman, in that congressional seat. Ryan ain’t gettin it done. In fact, as we see this morning, Ryan is making it a lot worse than it already is.

If I couldn’t keep my doctor, then why do I have to keep Ryan?

Say bye to both problems.

Who, Me? No, You!

America has been in the grip of moral relativism since the 1960s, and nowhere is this corrosive belief system more evident than among Politicians-Gone-Wild who get caught.

Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Kathleen Kane was just found guilty on all counts, including perjury, and her answer (she has been consistent on this from the beginning of her investigation) is something like “it is not my fault, I am the victim, everyone is out to get me, it’s not fair, and everyone does bad things so my bad actions are no worse than anyone else’s so I am therefore not guilty.”

This “Everybody does it, so I am not guilty” mindset has now filtered down from guilty politicians to nearly everyone in America. Seems to be almost a lifestyle, where people take whatever they want or think they can get away with, and then cry foul when they are caught and held accountable in even small ways.

Basic examples found daily in the news include shoplifters who then destructively run amok in the store they are caught in, decrying their “unfair” treatment by causing thousands of dollars in damage to prove their aggrieved status.

The most egregious example of this is the Black Lives Matter movement, where mostly hardened crooks are elevated to innocent hero status in the effort to attack civilization and the citizens who undergird it, our wonderful police officers.

More common is the trespassing for firewood theft and recreation that I frequently experience on properties we own or manage.

One guy had his teenaged children riding their ATVs on our property, and when I finally begged him to make them stop, his response was “I can’t control them.” Never mind that he had put up so many No Trespassing signs on our common boundary, and quite a few were way over that boundary deep into our land, that you could not look through the woods without seeing a sea of yellow marring the scenic beauty. In other words, he zealously guards against anyone trespassing on his land, but he casually lets his people trespass on our land, and makes no real effort to stop it.

Recently I received a brutal call from an angry local man I do not know, who really chewed me out, calling me every bad name imaginable. He ended his tirade with “A lot of people out here in the valley hate you.”

Despite efforts to have a lucid conversation with the man and inject actual facts to rebut his wild accusations, he denounced me one more time and then hung up the phone. Sitting there contemplating this strange call, I began recounting the run-ins we have had with his trespassing and thieving neighbors. Indeed, a great many of his neighbors had attempted to steal some of our land, or were serial trespassers after recreation and deer, or were thieves stealing commercial quantities of firewood and mountain stone.

Yes, we have had run-ins with people around him, and when I investigated with one of the confessed trespassers, he informed me that the caller was one of the people we had inadvertently netted in our anti-trespassing efforts.

Ah hah! went my brain. Here we have a man who has been trespassing on our land for years, stealing from us firewood and mountain stone for business purposes, and he is mad as hell that his free gravy train has come to an end.

And in fact, this guy was not alone in his angry denunciation of his imaginary oppressor.

One of the other trespassing locals we caught stealing red-handed two and a half years ago was so mad, he began denouncing me to anyone he met. I guess this is a customary defense mechanism, where guilty people try to pre-empt any negative information about themselves, but it is remarkably brazen nonetheless. We declined to press charges against him, because he probably would have lost his job as a result. And his partner in crime, a local attorney, could have lost his law license.

None of our largesse was appreciated or rewarded by these criminals. In fact, they took it as a sign of weakness and lack of resolve, and they went on the offensive, personally maligning the person who they blamed for their misfortune. That being “caught.” No taking responsibility, no admitting guilt, no owning up to doing something wrong, but instead blaming others for their moral failures.

One of the things I dislike about one of the presidential candidates is that she has zero morals, no ethics, no moral compass. She refuses to take responsibility for her many failed policies and legal failures as a senior American official.

One of the things I like about her opponent is that he stands for basic decency, defined by weak 2016 standards, mind you, not the 1940s Norman Rockwell ways by which we used to run this country, and which I grew up with and miss very, very much.

Americans must elect political leaders who set a basic standard for good behavior, who represent a return to basic good values, and who help us get away from corrosive moral relativism, a culture eating away the foundations of human relationships.
