Like AM Radio, this blog could save your life

So much official government effort is being poured into censoring information available to Americans, and providing them with misinformation and disinformation that serves the interests of people in power, that not too far off this blog might be one of the few places you can get actual, real, honest, truthful, accurate information. It might actually save your life.

The Twitter Files showed how under its previous ownership, Twitter was not much more than a government-run sock puppet, because not only was Twitter loaded with former FBI and CIA staff, but actual FBI and CIA, DHS, and other federal employees (like FBI agent Elvis Chan) were directing Twitter’s censorship efforts and purposeful lying from within federal office buildings across America.

But it is not just the illegal official censorship work implemented by the Biden Administration that is a threat to your safety, it is also the willingness of Big Tech (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc) to “partner” with government employees and help them shut down or muzzle their political opponents. This unholy fusion is really dangerous, as well as illegal and unconstitutional. It exists to steamroll you, to keep certain people in power.

Now the government is trying to eliminate AM Radio. As in, you can’t get AM Radio in your car. Why? Well, it is not that these control freaks in government have found an alternative to AM Radio, which has served as a nationwide emergency information outlet for over fifty years. Rather, the control freaks simply don’t want you listening to AM Radio news and opinion programs that reach tens of millions of Americans daily. They can’t stand competition in the marketplace of ideas, and so they do what they have done and are doing elsewhere: They are trying to eliminate AM Radio altogether to keep you from hearing ideas and information that the Big Media and Big Government and Big Tech will not provide you with. People with power are threatened by real information.

Consider how much of a financial loss FOX News is taking because of their termination of journalist Tucker Carlson today. But FOX News’ owners, the Murdoch Family, don’t care about the cost of eliminating Tucker Carlson. They have plenty of money already, so the financial cost of Bye-Bye Tucker is not that big of a deal to them. What they want more of is control of YOU, and the independent voice of Tucker Carlson stood in their way.

So…stay tuned to this independent blog and others like it. You see that there is no advertising here, just honest opinion and information. I am not going to lie to you. Why would I? What good would it do me to lie? It is actually much more rebellious and exciting to tell the simple truth here!

Given how laser focused the people currently running government are on controlling everything in your life, it might be difficult for you to get good information in the future. So, reading our little blog here and listening to AM Radio might just some day save your life, and keep you from making bad mistakes. Think of us as lifelines in a stormy sea of official lies and disinformation.

Television isn’t my news source, OK?

When Leftists debate, they often assert that the only reason someone has a certain perspective is because they watch Fox News.

Never mind that for every one Fox News there are twenty-five liberal news manufacturing sources, such as the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, National Public Radio, NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, and so on.  Never mind that these legacy media are overwhelmingly dominant in creating, filtering, shaping, politicizing, and serving information to people.  Never mind that these legacy media are each and every one an arm of one political party.

For liberals, simply invoking “Fox News” seems sufficient, to them, to refute whatever facts or arguments they object to.

Probably like a lot of other people, I do not watch TV.  It isn’t that I don’t want to.  Rather, I simply do not have the time.  Rarely do I watch some PBS special, like Downton Abbey.  I don’t think our family’s cable plan, as minimal as it is, even includes Fox News.  So, no, I do not get my news from Fox News.

When I assert that Obama is a liar, it is because the man is a liar, as evidenced by the lies he says over and over.  You don’t need a TV news channel to tell you that Obama’s false promise that Americans could keep their doctors and their health plans, if they wanted to, was a bold-faced lie to curry support for what he knew was, would be, and still is a hugely unpopular law – ObamaCare.

Other Obama lies about illegal immigration/ invasion, his administration’s illegal domestic wiretapping of citizens and journalists, his illegal use of the IRS to intimidate, blunt, silence, and even jail political opponents are all as plain as day.

What is frustrating is that Obama’s supporters are so doctrinaire, so blindly committed, so partisan, that they cannot or will not think for themselves.  This willful ignorance is a first in American history.  It exceeds mere partisanship. It is scary because it cannot be reasoned with.  It is like a fire, burning everything in its way.  And that I saw on TV, on “Wild Kingdom,” when I was a kid, and I knew even then it was dangerous.

Toyota: What the Hell Happened?

What the hell happened to Toyota?

Toyota was once the world’s flagship car and truck producer. Since my wife and I married over 20 years ago, except for one Subaru Forester, new Toyotas have been the only vehicles we have purchased. Overall we have been very happy with those purchases. Until now, when we joined a growing list of unhappy Toyota buyers.

A couple of years ago, Toyota experienced odd problems with cars taking off on their own, crashing, and killing the occupants. Some of those occupants can be heard crying, screaming, yelling to Toyota and 911 dispatchers as they unsuccessfully struggle to control their vehicle. Toyota sales plummeted. Significant inward analysis followed.

Enter the Toyota Tacoma, Toyota’s premier pickup truck. Tacomas have developed a loyal following, and an aftermarket add-on industry (bed extenders, cow pushers, roof racks, etc.) second to none. I myself owned a 2002 Tacoma for over eleven years and it performed flawlessly. It reinforced my brand loyalty.

But now, if you go on tacomaworld.com and other similar websites, you’ll see a growing chorus of buyer dissatisfaction. Tacomas apparently have been rushed to market without the kind of research and development necessary to work out the bugs. I myself can tell you my own very recent experience with the new Tacoma.

It has been a deeply disappointing experience. The brand new Tacoma I purchased is flawed, and despite four visits to Faulkner Toyota (the first within days of driving it off the lot) to have it fixed, the problem persists. The truck is not merchantable. It should not be in the channels of trade, and yet here I am, another unhappy Toyota Tacoma owner.

Attempts to get customer satisfaction have resulted in arguments, outright lies by Toyota dealer employees, vague promises to fix the truck over the next month. A month? It has already spent nearly as much time at the dealership as it has spent in my own possession, and another month is said to be needed to possibly resolve to the problem. May I say that I paid cash for the truck, and I perhaps unreasonably expect a brand new vehicle to perform flawlessly.

So here we go, watching Toyota self-destruct its last remaining stalwart vehicle. Very sad. Very sad, indeed. What happened at Toyota? No one seems to know.

For me, the Nissan Frontier is looking like my likely next pickup truck. On Consumer Reports it ranks much higher than the Tacoma with owner satisfaction. To Toyota, my lemon purchase is but one small statistic. To me, this experience is practically a change in lifestyle.

“Leave Everyone Behind”

“Leave everyone behind,” instead of “Bring everyone home” alive or dead, seems to be the reaction of president Obama to last month’s military assault on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

New emails from the White House, surreptitiously released by someone from within the administration, demonstrate that Barack Hussein Obama knew exactly what he was doing as events were happening real-time in Libya a month ago.

That Obama selected to do nothing, to not answer the distress calls made on official phone lines, to not send ever-ready special forces to intervene, to save American lives, demonstrates that he is a false commander in chief, a coward, and a liar.

Obama lied and lied and then lied some more about what happened in Libya. Turns out, he knew exactly what had happened, and yet he selected to blame it all on a fake movie that was never shown publicly, and blame the First Amendment to the Constitution. Obama sold out his own country. He apologized for our freedom of speech, rather than put the blame on those who deserved it. Obama did not defend his country.

But maybe he doesn’t think of America as his country. He has not answered Donald Trump’s challenge to provide his college transcripts, his visas, his passport request demonstrating that he was a foreign student in college. Obama is the least known, the least vetted of any president, and the mainstream media has done that on purpose. Obama may well have been born in Hawaii, but his upbringing in Indonesia and Kenya created an angry, anti-American activist, who didn’t so much come home to America as he used his mother’s citizenship to gain access to America. The rest is history. Obama is the Manchurian Candidate, except that he actually became president.

Obama still wows crowds. For some reason that I cannot understand, voters look at him and ignore all of the damning, disqualifying facts, and they say they are going to vote for him. Look at the photos of his public appearances. If you told these folks that he was a robot, they’d say “OK, OK,” and continue cheering him on. Got me. Maybe video games have something to do with this state of mind. It’s unfamiliar to me. It is surreal to see a man so damned by his own inactions, his own lies, still retain such credibility with so many citizens. America is in trouble, even if Romney wins. There’s a rot here, folks, deep in the core of our identity. We have to fix it.
