Give appeasement a chance
Yes, the “Iran Deal” is appeasement of a dangerous American enemy. Yes, it looks like disgraced British prime minister Neville Chamberlain has arisen from the dead, and declared “Peace in our time” with Iran.
(Chamberlain traveled to Germany three times in 1938 to meet with Adolf Hitler, who pinky- promised him that Germany had no intention of invading more of Czechoslovakia, or any of Poland, or France, or England or or or… and then Germany invaded all of those places, and more, and proved how foolish it is to believe the promises of totalitarian homicidal maniacs like Adolf Hitler or the Iranian mullahs)
Yes, American administrations have rightly said for at least fifty years “We do not negotiate with terrorists.” And what is the “Iran Deal” but direct negotiation, and direct bilateral signatures by the American president, no less, which fully legitimizes the terrorists. This tends to undermine our own credibility in the long run, with terrorists and their victims alike.
Yes, setting “red line” one after another, only to run out of red pens and out of buckets of red paint to draw any more red lines, because Iran had already crossed all of them, and then not holding Iran accountable for crossing them, sends the wrong message. It tells Iran that no matter what, they can probably get away with murder, if they call it something else.
Yes, throwing our allies under the bus (Israel, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait) when they no longer suit our superficial goal of creating the impression of a “peace deal” is really bad form. And then criticizing Israel for defending its citizens against cross-border rocket fire, because self-defense might mess up the “peace deal,” puts the self-defender in the hot seat, and Iran, the aggressor, in the driver’s seat. This is just bad chess.
One of my greatest concerns is that JD Vance, the Iran deal’s greatest salesman, is so un-likable and abrasive and arrogant, that as the the de facto nominee in 2028, he will cost us the presidency. I 1000% want a Republican president to win the 2028 election, and more and more it looks like Marco Rubio is the one to do it. JD Vance has a sour personality, he just radiates hostile disdain for anyone who disagrees with him, and I do not believe enough Americans will vote for him to make him president. This is perhaps my biggest issue with the “Iran deal”: The wrong guy is trying to sell it.
We can go on and on here, and critique the “Iran deal” line by line, idea by idea, action by action. But, we need to give appeasement a chance.
No, the Iran deal” is not peace by any definition, and it comes with a lot of warnings to Iran, and promises of more bombings if Iran does anything wrong. Yes, it is open appeasement, and no, Iran is unlikely to stick to its end of the deal. However, consider the short-term benefits:
a) Gasoline prices dropped immediately, b) oil markets began leveling out immediately, c) Republicans have less of a likelihood of carrying the millstone of high fuel prices and a less-than-perfect economy around their necks as they enter the mid-term election season, which culminates this November. If the Republicans can survive this election cycle, and maintain control of the US House and the US Senate, then President Trump is not a lame duck for 2027 and 2028, but rather a jet-fueled, super-charged, hypersonic vehicle for even more much needed change.
And if Iran does in fact go back to its old terrorist ways, then Daddy Trump will have no problem reminding them who carries the belt.
So, yes, yes, I know, people are unhappy with the “Iran deal,” but let us give it a chance to bear fruit, if not for years, then at least for the next few months.
Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday to President Trump (whose birthday coincides with that of one of my kids)!
Best president of my lifetime, best president since Reagan, and arguably much longer. Yes, President Trump’s strong personality rankles people’s sensibilities, but so did “TR” Theodore Roosevelt. To get great things done often requires great force of personality.
There are certain things I wish President Trump would do, like flat out ignore over-reaching courts, whose overtly politicized holdings on subjects like military justice, White House operations, and other executive branch prerogatives, are lightyears outside the judicial branch’s jurisdiction. The courts are a co-equal branch with the presidency and executive branch; not superior, stronger, or more authoritative.
There are certain things I wish President Trump would not do, like create a forced “deal” with Iran that no one buys, no one expects to last, much less work. Yeah, we understand the president feels the need to try something different than acquiescence or total war… but, this is not likely to bear fruit.
Nonetheless, I appreciate President Trump’s patriotic passion for a free America and prosperous Americans. No one else like him, which scares me. What will happen to America when this great protector is no longer in office?
Sometimes no deal is good enough
President Donald Trump, the best president of my lifetime and the modern day savior of American democracy, believes in capitalism. He believes in “The Art of The Deal.” He believes that most humans, given good choices to select from, will almost always if not always choose logical, reasonable, rational options.
It is with this earnest mindest that President Trump has approached the Middle East. And in some ways, his view on human choices and preferences has, in fact, borne out with the wealthy Gulf states (Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait). These sparsely populated countries are exceptionally rich, and everything they do is centered on money. Money is the language that President Trump speaks most and best, because he is a capitalist. And it is piles of money that keep the rulers of the Gulf states in power.
So, money brings together some of President Trump’s foreign policy goals into alignment, or slight overlap, with the oil producing Arab Gulf states.
Where this money-and-comfort mindset and worldview fails is in the face of apocalyptic, genocidal supremacists like Adolf Hitler back then, or the jihadi Iranian Shia mullahs in the present. These people did not and do not speak the language of money or human comfort and happiness, other than to use these thoughts to move themselves forward on the chess board in the short term. Their currency is raw power and sheer domination and control of everyone in front of them, by any means necessary.
They are ruthless, whereas President Trump believes in choices and opportunities.
The jihadi/ Hitlerian supremacist view is contrary to President Trump’s view. The totally rational “Mutually Assured Destruction” doctrine that kept Soviet Russia and America from nuking one another in the Cold War does not apply in Iran, nor with any other Islamist country. There, money is only a means, not a goal. Lots of jihadis are happy to live in poverty, if it helps them achieve their measure of wealth in power and human subjugation.
Trump believes in kindness and human choices, free people making their own choices and reaching “deals” for mutual benefit. On the other hand, Jihadis believe in you, me, and Trump all on our knees (which is why the American and European Left share common cause with the Jihadis).
America was founded on individual freedom and choice, which are completely the opposite of Islam, and especially the jihadis within Islam. These two world views are incompatible; they do not overlap in a Venn diagram. To date, leaders like President Trump have managed to find points of contact between Western values and Islam where friction is least, but he has been unable to really find significantly overlapping areas of interest. The Abraham Accords came very close to bringing the Sunni Arab countries into a shared Venn diagram space with Israel and America, but those accords are pretty shaky. As soon as jihadis somewhere start their la-la-la-la yodeling thing, the Gulf states reflexively go into retreat. Culture is powerful.
With Iran, there is no compromise. Not because America does not want to, but because Iran’s apocalyptic, genocidal, fanatic jihadis do not accept any point of contact between themselves and anyone else that is not resolved 100% on their terms. And they will fight to the very end, even if they have to drag down their enemies with them into the abyss, to seek that end result.
President Trump is both a patient and loving man. That is clear. But he is also having trouble computing that anyone can be so different from him and from America’s hope and promise as are the Iranian jihadis. And so he keeps on trying to “make a deal.”
Mister President, a lot of us Americans, who are still squarely and absolutely in your corner, think you have tried more than is possible or than is even smart. You have done all that is possible to avert an absolute showdown with the Iranian jihadis, and they have been unable to meet you halfway. You must now accept that they are incapable of thinking like you, thinking in terms of mutual benefit. They do not think like that, or like you.
If the Iranian jihadis are allowed to stay in power in any way, shape, or form, they will return to their field of battle with America on their own terms. They will have learned from their mistakes since 2025, and they will adapt. Iran will find a way to destroy or damage America, one way or another, if they are allowed to remain in power.
You must finish the Iranian jihadi job, Mister President. If you love America as much as we all think you do, then you must make the unpleasant decision to wipe out the Iranian jihadis. It is us or them, and we elected you to protect Us.
We know that this is a difficult time for you, President Trump, and we stand firmly with you, at your side. Absolutely no one else in American politics has the strength of character that you have, and if you do not save America from jihadi Iran now, then we will end being apocalyptically victimized by them in the future. There is no art of the deal that you or anyone else can pull off that will avoid this; only military success right now will protect America.
Passover + Easter = Peaceful freedom
Tonight is the beginning of the week of Passover, the ancient Biblical holiday marking the end of Jewish slavery in Egypt and the beginning of their 40-year trek to Israel, their Biblical homeland.
Passover is the major worldwide holiday dedicated to human freedom. From Passover comes inspirational phrases in American founding documents and coinage, and the Last Supper in the Gospel. This Sunday is Easter, the worldwide holiday about spiritual renewal and peace.
Tonight, while Jews and Christians are at their Seder tables, President Trump will announce the beginning of the end of the war to end Iran’s apocalyptic nuclear holocaust ambition. This Easter Sunday will mark the beginning implementation of that winding down. The symbolism of this timing of events is powerful.
In just one month, President Trump has done what naysayers and spineless apologists had said could never be done – the destruction of a genocidal Islamic tyranny determined to hijack our entire planet. Iran as we knew it a month ago is no more, its 47 years of nonstop militarism now in rubble, its threats to humanity vastly diminished.
Imagine if world leaders had had Trump’s level of foresight and bravery in 1938; if they had had his strength of conviction to confront Adolf Hitler before he gained momentum; there would likely have been no World War II, no mass destruction of Europe by the genocidal German Nazis. President Trump’s principled, decisive nature this past month has saved what is left of Western Civilization, giving it time to save itself in the long run, before it is subsumed under a wave of foreign ground invasion and Iranian nuclear missiles.
Tonight, the world knows peace for the first time in a very long time. If you don’t know this, you should, and if you don’t appreciate this fact, you need to contemplate on it. No more TDS, no more JDS, just give thanks that the America you so easily take for granted has a lot more breathing room. Much thanks to be said this Passover and this Easter for President Trump’s gift of peace and freedom.
And we all hope the Iranian People will take this same opportunity for themselves.
Last observations on Iran
Jihadi Iran is being corralled the only way that genocidal fanatics can be defended against, with overwhelming force. Someone had to do it, or the world risked losing the Middle East oil fields to Iran and its evil partner China in the short term.
Trump-run America and Israel stepped in to correct an unacceptably dangerous situation, and as a result we have been subject to “gaslighting” by people like Qatari-owned Tucker Carlson and plain vanilla Jew haters and not-careful thinkers who believe that America is too big to fail, too big to be taken over, too big to be blown up, etc. Just ridiculous nonsense.
For 47 years, Iran has threatened to destroy America and all of Western Civilization. They said so loud and proud every week, while frenzily developing nuclear bombs and the intercontinental ballistic missiles to carry them around the globe. Iran’s theocrats also developed all kinds of conventional weapons and missiles that can quickly destroy civilian populations and their civilized living centers. Pretty much mass terror. The Iranian mullahs believe in mass death, mass martyrdom, as a necessity of bringing their messiah to life.
To say that such people as Iran’s mullahs should be just left alone to do their own thing was either laziness, evil, or way out of touch thinking with such a harsh reality unfolding before us for decades. Every American city was increasingly at risk of being blown up in a huge mushroom cloud, or irradiated by a dirty nuke and made uninhabitable. You might be OK with these things happening to Tel Aviv, or even Madrid or Paris, but if it could happen in those places, it was eventually going to happen here in America, too.
Yes, there are some Americans who hate Israel so much that they are willing to sacrifice America if they can see Israel destroyed. I am not one of those people. If you are one of those people, then there is something wrong with your psychology, your physical brain, your hormone levels, your morality, or your loyalty to America. Please get yourself fixed up or get the hell out of America, and take some anarchists with you on your way out.
Shia Iran, as run since the 1979 US Embassy hostages were taken, has been a growing menace, a rabid dog threatening the entire planet. Only the most goofball isolationists believe that they should have been left to themselves. I am a man with plenty of vivid fantasies to my credit, and not even I can conjure up that big of a fantasy, where America survives a nuclear-armed Iran.
So, President Trump is doing the hard lifting that everyone before him was too weak or too evil to do. Some people, like both of the Presidents Bush, were just weak. Others, like Barack Hussein Obama, were just evil, and sought to empower the Shia mullahs as a way to damage America. AutoPen Biden had an illegitimate administration full of Obama staffers who tried to help Iran, again. And against all of this, President Trump has stood like a rock.
Thank you, President Trump, for having the incredible strength to make the tough decision that no other Western leader could or would make.
Are there unknowns, costs, and risks with removing Iran’s mullahs? Yes, of course there are. But life is full of risks every day, and dealing with big risks is what responsible world leaders do, or should do. That is your job.
The bitching and whining coming from all but a few Democrat Party officials is terribly disheartening to behold. What the hell happened to the Democrat Party of my youth? They were patriots, America lovers, freedom lovers. Not these people today, these serial accusers who contribute nothing to resolving the Iran problem, but nonetheless find fault with every solution that President Trump has (and still have said nothing about AutoPen Biden’s $83 Billion disastrous retreat from Afghanistan that cost 13 American servicemen lives).
The cost of a rabid dog Iran running amok with nuclear missiles was far greater than any money America spends to disarm said Iran. Ditto the risks.
And the unknowns a temporarily headless Iran will face are part and parcel of reality and the responsibility of taking big boy steps toward restoring world-wide sanity. Plan A is to remove the rabid dog head. Plan B is to see what can be done with Iran’s body politic afterwards, and whether it can be resurrected whole, or Frankenstein-stitched-and-bolted into a self-run democracy, a parliamentary monarchy, or a kindlier, more avuncular, gentler theocracy run by new people who believe that God loves all humans, period.
For all the anti-Trump naysayers out there, please grow the hell up. You guys have made a large industry out of complaining about President Trump, about Israel, about Jews, about a free America, about “Zionists” and about everything else except subjects that are really important to humanity. Please move on to some other salient subject where your massed brain power will help solve an important question or problem, like curing cancer. You are otherwise just wasting your life force on ridiculous nonsense, and everyone who cares about America can see it.
Trump Saves the World
President Trump has just saved the world by defeating the most dangerous source of evil and villainy, the jihadi-run Republic of Iran. To call Iran’s theocratic authoritarian government a “republic” is the joke of the century. Nothing about Iran’s current government is anything like a republic. America is a republic, and while American governance and elections may have their challenges here and there, we are without a question a democratic nation that is run by The People.
For 47 years, Iran’s islamofascist government has been the poster child for cruelty. Women, especially, who stepped out of line and violated subjective rules of modesty, were at the least beaten. Thousands of beautiful, independent minded women were tortured and raped to death by enforcers. Just to send a message. In the name of Islam and Allah and all that. Next level or three levels higher crimes against humanity stuff. Nightmare stuff. Sadistic crazy person stuff. Official government stuff. Totally freakin’ evil stuff.
Now my Sunni friends will definitely criticize the Shia Iranian regime, mostly on theological grounds, but they will also admit that some of these same standards and problems are found in Sunni nations, too, like Pakistan. In Pakistan, Hindu and Christian men and women are routinely beaten to death, burned to death, drowned, stoned, etc in public, because someone says that they said something negative about Mohammed or whatever.
All it takes to get a good ol’ public stoning in these places, like Pakistan, is for someone Sunni to accuse a minority, someone Hindu or Christian, of some unprovable offense, and we are off to the races. Yes, there is a real problem with Islamic culture, but Iran beat them all by a mile.
Since 1979, Iran has been the main funder, sponsor, supplier, and trainer of violent terrorist groups all around the world. Religious focus, yes, but also just an all-out assault on Western Civilization. So many innocent people have been hurt, killed, maimed, damaged by Iranian-backed violence that it is probably impossible to count them all (and if you are curious about what this most religious Iran does to its own people, look up “Iran Hangings” in a browser with the safe function off).
What most Americans do not realize is how much increased cost has gone into our clothing, food, and gasoline just because of threats from Iranian-supported terrorists. The costs of having to move stuff around and past these bad people are passed on to American consumers. By now, these added costs are pro forma, but they should never have existed in the first place.
Yes, I can hear it now: “Iran is someone else’s enemy, not America’s enemy.”
Only two types of people say that: Iranian-aligned jihadis, and their stooges.
For 47 years, Iran’s government has been saying openly its stated goal is the total destruction of America. Only the most spoiled, bratty, out of touch Americans believe that such a threat was empty. There is evidence that Iran’s government was front-and-center involved in the theft of America’s 2020 election, which resulted in the installation of a pro-Iran, anti-America, AutoPen Biden Administration. This is serious stuff, nothing to scoff at.
So now President Trump resorted to force, because diplomacy had not only failed but was being used against the West by the cunning Iranians, Iran is being brought up hard. Its nuclear missile ambitions are being neutered even harder than they were in 2025. No nation, especially America, has to sit back and wait for someone’s stated pledge to destroy you to come to fruition before fighting back.
Iran threatened America about a million times too often, and finally America fought back.
President Trump has done the right thing in erasing Iran’s leadership, its nuclear stockpiles, its missile factories. None of the criticism against him makes sense. Either you are for America or… you are for Iran?!
Sure looks like an entire political party here in America prefers that Iran succeed in bombing America with nuclear missiles, with the exception of my US Senator, John Fetterman. How weird and how sad.
And so many of today’s harsh critics of President Trump never said a thing over the past two months as the mullahs mass murdered an estimated 36,000 non violent Iranian protestors, including public hangings for simply criticizing the ayatollahs. Sorry, your credibility card has been revoked, perennially outraged and protesting Leftist people.
Now that Iran’s nuclear ambitions and its intellectual capital lie in smoking ruins, Western Civilization is saved. For the moment, and from this particular threat. We have other threats, most notably all of the jihadis who live inside Western nations, and who are advocating for anti-Western changes to America and Europe. But the most immediate one is gone.
Thank you, President Trump. Again.
Middle East ain’t like Mid-Town Manhattan
Despite President Trump’s best efforts at creating “peace” or at least the absence of violence, for a while, in the Middle East, the latest agreement, deal, whatever we call it, is failing.
Of course it is failing. The Gaza “ceasefire” was declared to be the “peace in our time” of most-mistaken Neville Chamberlain, without anything backing it up beyond President Trump’s own public standing. Which is taking a beating now that Hamas has killed a bunch of Israelis, in violation of the supposed ceasefire terms.
Vice President JD Vance said that there is “no mechanism to dis-arm Hamas”, which means the Trump Administration rejects the only mechanism there is: the IDF. Vance is going to Israel momentarily, mostly to strong-arm Israel into not responding militarily to Hamas violence against Israel. This is just going to result in more ceasefire failure and policy failure and more one-sided violence.
President Trump has oddly placed his own personal credibility in the hands of those who support Hamas, Qatar and Turkey.
I give Hamas some credit, for returning the twenty remaining living Israeli hostages. Hamas did get a hell of a boost to their fighting ranks, however, with the simultaneous release of over 2,000 hardened criminals held in Israeli prisons, most of whom with innocent blood on their hands. So it was a careful calculus that Hamas did. Had nothing to do with peace, and everything to do with rebuilding its obliterated ranks.
The mistake that all Westerners make when dealing with Arabs and Muslims in the Middle East (versus the Muslim Arab American guy in the cubicle down the hall from your own office here in America, who has a chance of being fairly acculturated into American values) is believing that if we are nice, they will reciprocate, and that their pledges mean something.
Their pledges -hudna, takiya- don’t mean anything, except for buying time, so Hamas et al can regroup and go back to war better than before.
President Trump is a good man, with good intentions, good hopes, good dreams. He is trying to do good in the Middle East, but he is failing. Badly. He is trying to do a deal there like he would do a real estate construction deal in mid-town Manhattan, where the shared win-win 360-degree rising tide of financial success floats all boats whether they are contractor, union, supplier, or whomever. This is a fine model for rational problem solving in America, and we certainly do need more of it here.
But the Middle East is not Manhattan, and it is not New York, or America, or even Europe, yet. Rather, the Middle East is the martyr-littered place that the Christian Crusaders attacked for hundreds of years, sometimes successfully, sometimes unsuccessfully. It is the place that is riven by a million bloody blood feuds, run by back-stabbing and suicide bombing and civilian murder as a matter of course. Western ideas of mercy, fairness, kindness, earnestness, honesty etc have no place in the Middle East, and President Trump is only now beginning to learn this hard fact.
Because Israel will go along with most of what President Trump wants or needs, it is natural for the Trump Administration to lean ever more heavily on Israel to acquiesce and bend and absorb the foolish notions, rather than push harder on Qatar, Turkey or Hamas, who will never bend or acquiesce. They will lie, at best. But Israel will once again be put in a weakened position, and this will incite the blood lust of its enemies, and the cycle of violence will begin anew.
Because the Trump Administration wants to “be nice.” For God’s sake.
Similar foolish mistakes:
- Forcing Israel to stop bombing the evil Iranian regime when it was at its most vulnerable and the most change could be brought to the region. President Trump believed that showing the Iranian mullahs mercy would inspire them to act like Westerners and acquiesce. But nope. Iran says they will get the nuclear bomb and the ICBM means to shove it up America’s ass no matter what. Iran learned nothing from Trump’s largesse, and Trump gained nothing from his largesse, and the world is a more dangerous place because of his largesse.
- Giving evil terrorism sponsor and Hamas-hiders Qatar protection from Israel. This inspires Qatar to double down on its active terrorism and rotgut far-left academic investments in American universities.
- Failing to hold Egypt accountable for its unwillingness to accept fellow Arab Muslim refugees from Gaza, and for creating a huge offensive military buildup in the Sinai Peninsula, contrary to the peace agreement with Israel.
- Failing to hold Turkey accountable for its Islamist terrorism machinations and imperialist dreams.
- Failing to help establish Kurdistan once and for all.
- Giving the psycho sadist ISIS and Al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria any credibility.
The list of policy failings in the Middle East grows longer every day, and as a result the world becomes less safe and less stable. Again, President Trump deserves credit for trying something new, but now that we all see that it has failed and that his empty threats against Hamas are laughed at (and that his real threats against Israel for retaliating against Hamas ceasefire violations damage Trump’s standing even more), it is time for this incredible president to stop being Mister Nice Guy.
It is not working, so stop it, for your own good.
No Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to President Trump, despite him earning it a hundred times over. No recognition was given to him by the Islamist-run United Nations. Absolutely zero of the so-called self anointed “peace” organizations gave Trump any credit for his peace-making efforts. So, Mister President, forgetaboutit, as they used to say in the Bronx when they spoke American there.
You want to create peace in the Middle East?
Here is how: Tell Qatar that they and their oil fields now belong to America, and that the royal family will enjoy a generous stipend, but that they also no longer run the tiny country. Same goes for the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. Take their oil, take their lands, make it ours, and we will see peace like you never believed possible begin to reign across that crazy region. Hell, we will see peace right here in America and in Europe like we have not seen since the 1950s!
This is real out of the box thinking, and it is exactly the realpolitik that everyone in that region understands fully. It will work. The issue is whether or not the Trump Administration has the stomach for it.
Good luck, President Trump! We still love you. We just know what is best for you better than you do. You are blinded by good intentions.
Traitor Tehran Tucker Carlson Gleefully Leaps Off Cliff
Tucker Carlson has been a fixture on the political middle and right for about six or seven years. For years he slowly built a real following while he was at FOX News, where he did journalism stuff. He earned his following because he asked good questions, he dug into people’s political backgrounds and background information on political and cultural issues of the day. He challenged all kinds of political blind spots and taboos and unhealthy “bipartisan” spaces where taxpayers and American citizens always seem to lose and corrupt political careerists always seem to make out incredibly well.
After Tucker Carlson left FOX, he seemed emboldened to break even more artificial constraints, to ask even tougher questions, and to promote more individual freedom in the face of an increasingly constitutionally questionable government apparatus. He was the quintessential “independent investigative journalist” that Americans want so badly.
Without question, the Biden Administration was his foil in his new independent role, and also probably his brightest time. With so much brazen Biden family corruption, protected and enforced by a brazenly weaponized federal bureaucracy, and so much more related stuff to chase down, Tucker Carlson found himself ever more squaring off against the entire estabalishment media enterprise. This “mainstream media” conglomerate made then and very openly today makes no bones about being completely aligned and in bed with just one political party.
So this was the boxing ring in which Tucker Carlson found himself. He then got a ton of money from Iranian businessman Omeed Malik, and if the Foreign Agent Registration Act documents dug up by ace investigative reporter Laura Loomer are true, Tucker also got substantial money from Qatar. And then he bought himself a classic hunting and fishing ranch in Montana, and started interviewing people in his flyfishing man cave.
Bit by bit, aspects of Tucker Carlson’s raging hatred began to seep through, then shine through, and then eventually poured out in these interviews. Probably due to open pressure to at least try to appear not to hate all Jews, Tucker hosted an interesting guy named Bret Weinstein. And throughout the entire interview, Tucker’s hostile face set barely changed an iota. Despite receiving fascinating new information from Weinstein that corroborated a great deal of conclusions that Tucker had come to on certain political issues, he never smiled or showed any warmth toward his guest.
Check out the photo below that I screenshotted from that otherwise excellent interview.
Contrast Tucker’s demeanor towards fellow Israel hater Rep. Thomas Massie, where they are all chummy, laughing, easy going during that interview. Which is also a fascinating interview, and were Massie not a hater of Israel and Jews, and not such a theoretician and purist, I could then see why his presence in Congress was so useful.
Anyhow, Tucker started racking up interviews with professional Jew haters, for whom publicly breaking this Western taboo is a source of professional income. People like US Lt. Col. Douglas Macgregor, and history-dabbler Darryl Cooper, neither of whom have anyting positive to say about Jews or Israel, and who make a living saying nonsense about them. Not even the Nobel prize winners, the leaders in economic, medical, or technological areas. Nothing good to say, period, which indicates they have a problem.
In his many hours interviewing them, and others like an Arab Christian in Israel, Tucker never challenges them. He does not ask them to more fully explain their questionable ideas. Rather, Tucker just lets them say whatever they want about Jews, the European Holocaust, and Israel, and then after encouraging them, agreeing with them, he moves on to the next thing.
And then Tucker himself became an open antagonist towards Jews and Israel. He recently sat interview-style across from US Senator Ted Cruz with cameras running, and instead of an interview, Tucker went on the attack, including the bizarre assertion that the Jews of today are unrelated to the Jews of the Bible and ancient Israel.
As an aside, if today’s Jews are not descended from the ancient Jews, then why does their DNA show them to be from the Near East, despite at least a thousand years living in white Europe? Why are they the only people on Earth who speak Hebrew, study Scripture in Hebrew and Aramaic, and practice Judaism? If not them, then who and where the heck are the Jews? Tucker does not bother to answer this simple question, as casting doubt on Jews is his only goal.
The final straw for a lot of former Tucker Carlson admirers like me just happened, days ago. If you thought the man had an atom of Christian belief, human decency, American loyalty, or even just some integrity inside of him, Tucker Carlson has aggressively, even wantonly, dispelled that notion. Tucker conducted a ridiculous, puffball questions, friendly “interview” with one of the most evil, violent, cruelly despotic autocrats on Earth today.
Yes, from his Montana man cave, Tucker Carlson interviewed the hand puppet “president” of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, who reports directly to Ayatollah Khameini, the “Supreme Leader” of Iran, on July 4th, American Independence Day. In his time with Pezeshkian, a true monster, Tucker has no interest in asking real questions, like can we go inside Evin Prison and interview some of the women your forces are raping and torturing right now. Nor did Tucker go to Iran and do a “man on the street” tour, where the journalist just asks random citizens their opinions on things. Of course, Iran is oppressive and is run like North Korea, where one small mis-step costs you your family, your home, your wife, your life, so even if Tucker would insist, he would encounter stone faces.
Instead, Tucker Carlson willingly, and occasionally with outbursts of that weird fake glee he has, served as an airbrushed mouthpiece for the mullahs who rule Iran with a brutal and unjust fist, and who threaten the world with their genocidal, homicidal death cult. Tucker makes excuses for them, he aided and abetted them, he gave aid and comfort to them, he put lipstock on their pig faces, he made common cause with them.
One utterly contemptible example: “Has Iran tried to assassinate President Trump?” To which Pezeshkian answers that this is an Israeli lie meant to rope America into forever wars. And Tucker Carlson simply nods in agreement and moves on! No second question, no aw c’mon ya can’t blame everything on Israel.
Apparently Tucker Carlson really meant it when he wrote in 2020 that he never liked Trump anyhow. Yeah, no kidding. You won’t even challenge this bold faced lie by your Iranian buddy.
They, the Iran of “Death to America!” since their 1979 revolution. They of at least a thousand Americans killed through Iranian terrorism in Lebanon, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, elsewhere. They of known attempted assassinations against President Trump and election hacking in 2020, documented by the FBI.
There is speculation that Tucker Carlson must have been paid a lot of Iranian money to do this, and that seems reasonable. Whether Tucker just sold out America for the symbolic thirty silver Shekels, or whether he was paid directly into a Swiss bank account, or whether he gets some syndication rights income from this, any way we cut this last horrendous act, “Tehran Tucker” Carlson is a traitor to America.

Bret Weinstein maintained his composure despite Carlson’s open hostility on a subject Carlson would normally be animated about

His face hardly changed from this unfriendly grimace the entire interview. Tucker just does not like Jews, not even Dr. Bret Weinstein, a conservative and risk-taking researcher willing to help Carlson

How much money was Carlson paid to be the airbrusher mouthpiece foreign agent for the evil Iranian empire that seeks to nuke America? What a traitor
