President Trump must stay in the White House until the election is resolved
Donald Trump won the 2020 election hands-down. If we take away the four massive illegal late-night ballot dumps in Democrat Party-run cities in key swing states, President Trump won the election with about 320 electoral votes.
Joe Biden did not win the election, except by counting millions of illegal fake ballots that the courts mostly refuse to adjudicate, because the various court members are themselves partisan activists trying to help Biden cross the finish line.
The 2020 election was stolen, or at least a major heist of the election has been attempted. That is crystal clear from the thousand-plus affidavits submitted in filed lawsuits, the photos and video footage, the sworn public testimony given by eye witnesses in Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, the audits of various Dominion voting machines in Georgia and Michigan, tons of overt statistical data like more votes being cast in many Democrat Party-run places than there are living humans there and 18 of the 19 bellwether counties going for Trump, Biden NOT having coat tails and NOT leading a “blue wave” to overwhelm Congress (the opposite happened, as Republicans picked up congressional seats), and Trump increasing his overall votes by at least ten million and no president before having gained so many new votes and still yet losing the election, and so on.
The evidence of vote fraud is plain as day for anyone who is interested in seeing it. I have not yet met a Democrat friend, and I hunt with a bunch of Democrat Party members, who gives a crap. They just don’t care. If the roles were reversed, they would care. And if President Trump decides to play by the same rules as the Democrat Party, why then these people will certainly care. But right now, they just don’t care about their political party’s cheating and lawlessness.
The problem America faces is a lawless Democrat Party that will break every law to “win,” and then demand that its enemies follow every law and then some more in order to force them out of power. And so it is time for President Trump to weigh out the situation we face, and make the ultimate executive decision: Trump must stay in office and refuse to leave.
President Trump can do this by implementing his 2018 executive order against foreign interference in our domestic elections, invoking the Insurrection Act, and using the US military to take over the voting process, as it is our most vital national security issue.
Would this throw a monkey wrench into the perceived order of things? Yes it would. And so what? On the one hand we have a fraudulently “elected” Joe Biden, who has no right to claim the presidency. On the other hand, we have a duly elected sitting president who is going to have to stay a little bit longer in order to ensure that the rule of law prevails, and not the election-by-media-acclamation that has occurred.
Constitutional crisis results? Yes, and so what? If Biden is sworn in, we have a constitutional crisis, too. Biden’s control of the federal government apparatus will mean the end of free and fair elections in America ever again. It will mean the quick and overt use of supreme government coercive force to disarm law-abiding citizens so that they may never again rise up and challenge the Democrat Party’s plans to absolutely control all of us, Constitution be damned.
Yes, if President Trump does this, and I sure hope he does, then there will be fighting in the streets of America. So what? If Biden does what he says he is going to do, we will have much worse fighting in the streets of America, as patriots become the ultimate resistance against liberal Democrat Party tyranny. Either way, violence is inevitable. With Trump in the Oval Office, the violence will be much more contained. With Trump out of office, the violence will be widespread as patriots, backed into a corner, fight back with all they have in their possession, because to lose is to lose America as a free nation.
Donald Trump is the resistance movement. He is the bulwark against lawlessness, treason and tyranny and foreign powers (China, Iran) who have secret treaties with Joe Biden. Like the pro-democracy Oliver Cromwell did in England four hundred years ago, President Donald Trump must become a sort of temporary Lord Protector of America, in order to keep America from dissolving into secession, lawlessness, big government coercion and slavery, and the end of our rule-of-law system.
After weighing out all of the options and possible outcomes, it is a reluctant conclusion that this is what must happen in this lawless election saga. Donald Trump must stay in office until every legal vote is counted.
Pursuing power vs. pursuing pleasure
If people are mystified by the US Supreme Court’s recent inability to address a textbook example of violated federal voting law in Pennsylvania, they need to understand how this has come to pass. Because that deadlocked Court is now just as corrupted as every other institution in America.
For sixty years at least, maybe eighty years, the Democrat Party has been waging a war to capture America. That political party has been focused on infiltrating every institution in America, capturing each one, and then bending it to its will and using it for further political gains. This has happened with the mainstream media, colleges, grade and high schools, Hollywood and the entertainment industry INCLUDING the National Football League and the National Basketball Association, the American Bar Association, the American Medical Association, the Boy Scouts, the Girl Scouts, charitable foundations, Big Tech, federal government agencies, the Papacy and the Catholic Church, Mainline Protestant churches, etc ad nauseum.
All of these institutions have been captured by the Left and they all now represent a politically and culturally united front. In America, their leaders and staff members work hand in glove with the Democrat Party to promote and implement leftist policies, to attack all opposition, and to ensure that future generations of Americans will no longer share the cultural identity and traditional American values of their own parents and grandparents.
The US Supreme Court was just the last of the targeted institutions to fall. And that is what this week’s unbelievable decision represents. In the Kelly/Parnell case this week, the Court was presented with several clear violations of state law and constitutional requirements that ensure that a FEDERAL election is clean and fair. But the Court was unable to muster a 5-4 majority to correct the illegal and unethical last-minute shenanigans committed by the Wolf Administration and the PA supreme court. The US Supreme Court was unable to muster this bare majority because only four justices on the bench believe in an America that has existed since its founding in 1776. A fifth justice, Brett Kavanaugh, is an ethereal dreamer of intellectual musings. Like he did with the recent North Carolina voting law case, he punted, saying that what North Carolina does with its election laws is a state’s prerogative; despite the fact that we are dealing with a FEDERAL election.
Kavanaugh would have been a better professor than he is a justice. Kavanaugh represents the modern Republican Party at its core: A group of people devoted to theoretical living and what-me-worry laissez faire policies with no direction to them. They believe in hedonism, and that probably is what Justice Kavanaugh is, an intellectual hedonist. His dreamy thoughts lack anything concrete, so no one is offended by him. Let the party roll on…
The Republican Party and its ideological allies and affiliates have long worshiped and pursued money and pleasure at all costs. This is why elected Republicans largely have no fight in them today, while President Donald Trump and his 80 million supporters are doing all of the heavy lifting in this election fight. Meanwhile the Democrat Party was busy gaining control of every institution so that elections will be meaningless and they will have sole dominion over all Americans. Under the color of law, of course, but also, as we have seen, with great official and unofficial coercive force, too. You will obey!
And that is how we got to where we are today.
And for those people who believe that the US Supreme Court will be able to muster five votes for any case related to fairly resolving this illegal election, like the Texas case now before the Court, you are dreaming. If this week’s Pennsylvania case didn’t wake up five Court members that their republic is in cardiac arrest on the gurney, then no other case will.
Dear Americans, we are going to have to find other solutions to solving the Democrat Party’s systemic evil and illegal lawless behavior.
Did Justice Kavanaugh Just Torpedo America?
Probably a majority of Americans believe America is too big to fail, too financially successful, too militarily powerful, too much of an economic powerhouse. Our lives are just too comfortable and everything is just so orderly. How could it ever fail?!
Surely the last survivors of every failed civilization before us asked the same things, probably right before their lives and cities burned to the ground. Civilizational failure is systemic to humans. The question for America is not if we will fail, but when.
American citizens can prolong failure, perhaps indefinitely, by participating in their own governance and electing wise leaders who represent the USA’s founding principles. Because tyranny is only one generation away at any given moment, and America has had one and maybe two heavily propagandized generations, it sure looks like failure and tyranny are about to descend upon us momentarily.
The 2020 election is being stolen from the voters right in front of our faces. The evidence of vote fraud and unconstitutional laws and policies designed to enable fraud is overwhelming. And every taxpayer-funded public institution designed to protect the citizen taxpayer from injustice is now sitting on its hands, doing absolutely nothing to stop this theft and the tyranny that will follow. In particular, the FBI and DOJ staffs and leaders are actually looking the other way while mounds of new evidence are disclosed daily. These agencies have the legal purpose to intervene, but they do not act. This is because they are run by people whose political views no longer mirror the nation’s principles nor the citizenry’s interests.
Earlier this year commentator Mark Levin called this “the elites rebelling against the masses.” And how else could it be described? The masses voted overwhelmingly to send President Donald Trump back to the White House, and the entire federal government did everything it could to prevent that, or to allow vote fraud to succeed.
The US Supreme Court is America’s backstop, the last bulwark of democracy. Of all the government institutions designed to look out for and protect the individual rights of the citizenry, the US Supreme Court is and always has been the last line of defense. And yet it, too, is now staffed by people who do not share the vision or purpose of our founding documents, nor the interests of us, We, The People. At least half of the Supreme Court justices are Big Government liberals, whose answer for every public policy question is to say “We know better than you how to live your life, and so we are going to put the federal government in charge of your life.”
This has become glaringly evident as ObamaCare was deemed a tax, when it was legislatively not passed as a tax, and when over the past few years failing to intervene when lower courts aggressively ignored the high court’s Heller and MacDonald precedents in protecting individual Second Amendment rights, and recently when a narrow 5-4 majority ruled that California’s subjective and unscientific fatwa against church attendance violated We, The People’s First Amendment religious rights. And now yesterday, the US Supreme Court was unable to muster five justices to fix the most obviously faulty Pennsylvania election procedures and results.
Until yesterday afternoon, most political observers believed that Justice Alito had sufficient support from four other justices to back up his prior demand that Pennsylvania segregate the roughly 650,000 ballots counted AFTER Election Day. But late yesterday we learned that the Court had declined to change the faulty outcome, with no decision issued and no dissents. What this means is that the justices were deadlocked 4-4 and one hold-out justice refused to join either side.
Chief Justice John Roberts has increasingly sided with the Big Government leftists Kagan, Sotomayor, and Breyer, to the point where the Court now has a solid four-vote leftist bloc. That has become quite obvious.
On the other hand, the Court has two reliable originalists, Thomas and Alito, who have been or are reasonably expected to be backed by Gorsuch and Barrett. Justice Kavanaugh will probably join this group of four about 60-70% of the time, because Kavanaugh is not an originalist. Justice Kavanaugh is, more than anything, a Washington, DC, Beltway guy. When nominated, people were amazed that he was spending something like $80,000 annually on major league baseball tickets. He gave them away as gifts to “special people.” In other words, Kavanaugh is very much a DC elitist, and very much tied into the DC political web. His allegiance is to intellectual pyrotechnics and gymnastics, nuanced opinions written for law school students and professors to marvel at for generations to come. Unlike Scalia, Thomas or Alito, Kavanaugh is not a fighter. He is an effete functionary with a strong sense of duty to The DC Machine. He has no loyalty to the president who stood by him and who put him on the Court. Rather, Kavanaugh wants to ingratiate himself with DC elites and special people, at whatever cost.
So given yesterday’s deadlocked Court and the resulting rubber stamp given to PA’s fake election results, it is likely that Kavanaugh removed himself from the entire discussion. He punted. Like with his recent decision on the North Carolina voting law case, he probably erupted once again with intellectually flowery language designed to mask his unwillingness to commit to anything.
The end result of this is that every single similar or related case now brought to the Supreme Court is going to meet the same logjam. The American people will find no justice being served there. Which means the stolen 2020 election is likely going to be affirmed and Joe Biden sworn in as the next president.
Which means that America will overnight become a vassal to China. The long lawless Democrat Party will move swiftly to cement its power and control of all federal agencies, including law enforcement, and in short order dissent will be illegal, domestic political spying will be routine, the FBI will become the STASI, and America will never again have a fair or free election.
So, spineless Justice Kavanaugh just torpedoed America. The nation you grew up in, identified with, perhaps fought for, will be completely gone in another month’s time. It will resemble California shortly after.
What this all means for patriots is a big question. Will enough people be willing to use political violence to restore the Republic? Short of sufficient political violence to overturn this coup d’état against We, The People, America is officially a failed state, a tyranny, and God only knows who will fill the political power vacuum.

On January 20, 2021 does America turn into a pumpkin if election results are still contested?
With all this rush rush rush to get the fake “president elect” Joe Biden sworn in, and with all of the mounting tidal wave of evidence that Biden cheated, spammed America’s voting system with fraudulent ballots, and in fact not only did not win the 2020 election, but actually lost by an enormous margin to Donald Trump, one must ask What happens if all this is unresolved by January 20th, 2021?
January 20th is when the new administration is supposed to take possession of the government apparatus. But there sure looks to be a likelihood that this huge Biden spam job is gumming up the works so much that the many legal challenges, complaints, lawsuits and investigations won’t be resolved until much later on. Is this a problem? Will America suddenly cease to exist if we don’t swear in a president on January 20th?
Put in the vernacular of Cinderella, will America magically turn into a pumpkin if we don’t have a new president sworn in by January 20th?
And the answer is No, America will not cease to exist, or cease to function, or stop being America if we miss the January 20th deadline. The January 20th deadline is really more symbolic than actual requirement; this date is not a bigger requirement than the requirement that America have honest and fair elections. This date can be missed in the interest of proving that our elections are clean and fair and honest. That is the most important part of an election.
There is no 6-week statute of limitations on election fraud, so that if you get your chums to stall the investigations and lawsuits until January 20th, you then happily march on to becoming the President of the United States without anyone finding out what happened. No way.
Above all else, even before swearing in a new president on January 20th, America must be able to prove that it had a real election to get us to January 20th in the first place. Before we get to swearing someone in, we have to make sure that we are swearing in the correct person. All this rush rush rush to get Biden sworn in is just another attempt to circumvent the investigation and legal process that began when the Democrat Party decided they just had to cheat like crazy in this past election. Had the race been clean, then none of these questions would be looming and working their way into the courts. Had Trump actually been beaten, he would have conceded. But we know that Trump was not defeated by Biden, that the opposite is true, and so Trump correctly refuses to concede.
And no, China Joe Biden, you do not get to have your minions drag out and dither the investigation process, so that the clock runs out and you are automatically de facto coronated. Nope. First and foremost, Americans must know that their 2020 presidential election was honest and fair. Anyone with an atom of curiosity can see and hear for themselves the tidal wave of evidence that the 2020 election was stolen. The Epoch Times, Breitbart, Gateway Pundit, Project Veritas all have actual reporters investigating the claims made by the Trump campaign. And these actual reporters are finding an incredible amount of evidence of vote fraud. Mostly in the Democrat Party-run cities in key swing states like Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, Pennsylvania. Like after Midnight ballot dumps of hundreds of thousands of fake votes for Biden, with no poll watchers. Of course the mainstream media will not tell you any of this, because they are on the same page as the Biden campaign and the Democrat Party. The mainstream media is an active participant in elections, trying to change minds; they are not a neutral bystander just reporting facts.
Donald Trump must remain in the office of President until this whole mess is sorted out. That could easily be until March 2021. No big deal. After all the fake investigations of “Russia collusion” voter fraud that Trump went through, four years of it, why, a real investigation into the very demonstrably real voter fraud with hundreds of sworn witnesses, that just occurred here in America could easily take four years. And throughout that time, until the investigations are finished and we know for certain who won the election, Trump should remain in the Oval Office as the duly elected president. He is, after all, the last duly elected president before all this he-voted she-voted nonsense started. His continued presence in the Oval Office will bring stability to an uncertain time, a comforting answer to a constitutional crisis brought on by the thieving Democrat Party acting as the not-so-secret political agent for the Chinese Communist Party.
Americans are just not yet ready to say that they are owned by China. They would rather take their chances with becoming a pumpkin.
America just experienced an insurrection, not an election
With all of last week’s midnight ballot dumping, deliberate vote miscounts, and voting software “glitches” relentlessly coming to light, we are faced with the fact that America did not have an election last week. Rather, we experienced a massive nation-wide vote fraud scheme aimed at literally taking over the American government under the guise of having an election.
This is not an election, it is an illegal insurrection against the laws, people, and sitting government of America.
Last Tuesday’s election was not open, it was not fair, it was not legal. The more people dig, the more fraud is found. A fraudulent election is not a legal election, and an election that is not legal does not count.
One of the most incredible things ever in American electoral history happened this year. Both the national media (Big Media) and the Silicone Valley technological and social media firms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube (Big Tech) have waged an open war against transparency and information flow. The blatant de-platforming of people, censorship, and blocking of certain information by Big Media and Big Tech is nothing other than partisan electioneering on behalf of one political party and one candidate, the Democrat Party and Joe Biden.
The media is entitled to First Amendment protections when they act as the media. But when the media becomes an active and aggressive participant in the effort to elect one person and to protect one political party, then the media is no longer the media. It has become a political antagonist, a partisan actor, whose actions are regulated just like every other political donor. The undeclared, unregulated in-kind donation value to the Democrat Party and the Biden Campaign of Big Media and Big Tech must be in the billions of dollars. This is hugely illegal and hugely criminal.
Big Media and Big Tech are right now waging what can only be called an all-out war against the flow of information that shows voting fraud and that casts material doubt on their collective claim that Joe Biden won last week’s campaign. In every way possible, Big Tech and Big Media are de-platforming, hiding, shadow-banning, and suppressing people and information that runs contrary to their attempt to coronate Joe Biden as the inevitable winner of last week’s election. Nothing about this effort is honest, or fair, or careful. When a US Postal Service worker files an affidavit about what he has seen with his own eyes and heard with his own ears, Big Media and Big Tech immediately attack his character and also spread the lie that he recanted his affidavit.
CNN’s Jake Tapper has gone so far as to begin to threaten the livelihood and career of every single person who has served in the Trump Administration, by personally identifying them and broadcasting their home address and other personal information, for the express purpose of having other people attack them physically.
Do you, dear reader, believe that this is the legal function of the media? To serve as an information hub to direct a physical and legal and personal war against American citizens who are otherwise lawfully engaged in their jobs and careers?
Folks, we are witnessing an illegal attempted takeover of the United States government through a fraudulent election by one political party and its allies in media and technology firms. They are trying to physically intimidate everyone who stands in their way. We are right now way far away from any kind of election at this point, and we are now seeing a substantive effort to take over the government and to eliminate all opposition, all people, who disagree with it. This is a war effort, not a debate about policy or even legalities.
When people stop using words, they reach for their swords, and at this point Big Media, Big Tech, and the Democrat Party are aggressively eliminating the opportunity for using words to resolve this conflict. Words they oppose are censored out of the public square. They are trying to crush all resistance to their control of everything in America. This is an insurrection, which is illegal under existing American law.
The existing Insurrection Act allows the sitting, lawfully elected president of the United States, to quell this warfare before it becomes bloody battles in the streets of America. Mister President, I encourage you to invoke the Insurrection Act and bring stability to America, end this illegal mutiny against the sitting government, and bring calm and honesty to the effort to count all LEGAL votes that were cast in last week’s election.
America is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, and just because some other people decide they will commit a crime and then crush all dissent and transparency with an iron fist does not make them legitimate. Their behavior makes them mutineers, insurrectionists, traitors.
Save our Republic, Mister President, or say goodbye forever to the free America that existed as of just a few days ago.

Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act and stabilize America
The Democrat Party decided that trying to steal an entire country in broad daylight was better than having corrupt Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton go to jail and the Party remaining in political purgatory for a generation. In for a penny, in for a Pound, they thought, and so they committed enormous voter fraud across America, figuring the risks were worth it. If you doubt me, go look. Project Veritas alone has scads of actual videos of people committing felonious fraud.
Despite not one state’s Election Day results being certified, the Democrat Party’s communication arm, known as the Mainstream Media/ Big Media, and Big Tech (Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc), is also in on this theft. These partisan political activists are aggressively pushing a false narrative that Biden won, and everyone should just get over it and move on. Given that the same partisan activists have pushed a nonstop negative narrative about Trump for the past four years, and also censored information contrary to their narrative, no one is surprised, even though their speech now is not protected by the First Amendment.
What both the Democrat Party and Big Media and Big Tech are doing is declaring war on the American electoral system and on the people who own it, you and me, We, The People. They are in open rebellion, and what the Fake Media people are doing is fomenting that rebellion. That is illegal. It is treason.
The question in this situation comes down to who has a stronger willpower. The Biden/ Harris pretenders to the throne, or the current and future president, Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has played by the rules for five years, and at every turn all of his enemies, who are also the enemies of a free and democratic America, have not played by the rules. They have used every illegal trick and theft and lie to try to undermine him or eject him from office. The spying by Obama, Russia collusion hoax, Ukraine hoax, fake impeachment, tax hoax, constant lies by the Big Media and information suppression by Big Tech etc etc etc, all of these fake narratives and lies were thrown at Trump to knock him out, either politically or literally out of office. And despite it all, he prevailed and won a second term in office, fair and square. Trump’s Electoral College number appears to be 300.
So will Donald Trump stay in office and use the presidency to restore order to America? Or will he allow himself to be bullied out of office by a bunch of thieves? If he stays, he should invoke the Insurrection Act, which allows the president to use federal troops to quell rebellion inside America. This is also playing by the rules.
The Insurrection Act has been used several times in our nation’s history, including fairly recently by President Eisenhower, because in the 1950s and 1960s the Democrat Party refused to racially de-segregate schools in the South. Armed troops were needed to bring the rebellious Democrat Party to heel once again (that seditious political party should have been officially disbanded in 1865 after the Civil War they started).
There is no easy way to say this, but everything I see and hear over the past few days is that a sizable portion of the electorate is going to fight about this attempted theft. And we already know that the Democrat Party’s Brownshirt street thugs – BLM and Antifa – are prepared to fight. So it seems that fighting in the streets is inevitable, one way or another, no matter who moves into the White House or who stays there.
The question is, does President Trump have the strength of character and the nerve of Abraham Lincoln to stare down and quell an open rebellion by the Democrat Party? I hope so. Because if he buckles and gives in, not only will all of the unbelievable crimes committed by so many Democrat Party bigwigs go unpunished, there will be an enormous crime wave under color of law against the “enemies” of the Democrat Party. For example, they will declare the NRA a domestic terror organization, raid its offices, and hunt down its members. Once in office, Biden’s continuing criminal activity will have some semblance of legitimacy, and we can’t let that happen.
Dear Mister President, please invoke the Insurrection Act and bring stability to America. Get the LEGAL votes counted.
ANTIFA’s Supreme Court Black Bloc
ANTIFA has a Supreme Court.
No, no, I am not talking about Facebook’s silly ‘court of appeals’ for users who have had their Fakebook pages locked or shut down for daring to share information damaging to liberal causes like Lyin’ Joe Biden’s sleepy campaign for president. Nor are we talking here about Twitter’s murky blackmail process for re-instating Twitter accounts that have been locked or shut down for posting information damaging to liberal causes, like Hunter Biden’s catastrophically illegal corruption. We are actually talking about the US Supreme Court.
Yes, folks, the violent domestic terrorist group ANTIFA pretty much owns the US Supreme Court, as evidenced by several decisions emitted by the Court over the past week. Yes, emitted, as in something that might emit from one’s bodily orifices, such is the worthlessness and a-legal constitution of these decisions.
The recent US Supreme Court decisions we are talking about here approved clear and obvious voting fraud in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, where true to form, the Democrat Party is busy changing the rules of the game in the middle of the game because it is looking more and more like the Democrat Party might not win the game according to the rules set down when the game (the election) began. Now, ballots filed long after Election Day and even with the wrong signature and with even other otherwise disqualifying flaws must be counted, according to a majority of the US Supreme Court.
And who is this majority on the US Supreme Court that is allowing America to be held hostage to purposefully delayed voting results so that illegal ballot harvesters can run around inventing enough fake ballots to finally declare Joe Biden the winner? Well, it is no surprise that leftists Kagan, Sotomayor, and Breyer are in this majority. These three Marxist political activists vote together as an unbreakable bloc, and in their somber, black judicial robes they are the Court’s Black Bloc. They never, ever cross over to join the conservatives/ originalists/ textualists on the Court on any decision. Nope, the US Supreme Court’s Democrat Party appointees are reliable, consistent political activists, running interference for the Democrat Party; they are not jurists. But with fellow Black Bloc Justice Ginsburg now thankfully consigned to the dustbin of history, it would take one or two other Justices to join the Marxist Black Bloc to carry a decision over the goal line.
So who has joined the US Supreme Court’s Black Bloc? Unsurprisingly, it is Justice Roberts, whose long commitment to undermining America from inside at every possible turn is evidenced by his many crucial policy decisions, like approving ObamaCare, and not hearing Second Amendment civil rights cases where politically activist lower courts have de facto overturned the Supreme Court’s own Heller decision. Now, Roberts is openly siding with the Democrat Party’s widespread voter fraud, allowing last-second changes in battleground states that could easily change the outcome of the entire election. Roberts does this knowing full well that none of these changes pass the sniff test let alone any legal test or any nationwide consistency test, which is what the Court usually applies.
Last night, Justice Kavanaugh joined the Court’s Black Bloc, not on political policy grounds or on blatant political ‘we-must-save-Joe-Biden’ grounds, like the others, but on the principle that he had to demonstrate extreme fealty to localism and state law, and not allow the federal Court to ‘interfere’ with state laws. Despite the fact that North Carolina is not having a state election, but is participating in a national election for the presidency, a federal issue. A subject the US Supreme Court is uniquely, solely designed to address.
Kavanaugh must be trying to prove his federal aloofness and purity by pretending to live on Mars. He must still be reeling from the brutal and politically motivated mauling at his confirmation hearings.
Putting this situation in the local Central Pennsylvania vernacular for addressing unbelievably foolish outcomes, I shit you not. There is simply no good reason for allowing voting to continue past Election Day. Nor is there any good reason for allowing obviously fake ballots to be counted as actual votes. Every honest American voter should oppose seeing their sacred vote be diluted.
The long and short of these Black Bloc decisions is they benefit ANTIFA, who will be allowed to violently run amok in your neighborhood while America is artificially paralyzed after Election Day, the usual voting results being artificially delayed while we all wait for known fake ballots to be counted as real votes.
And so ANTIFA has their own Black Bloc on the US Supreme Court – Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Roberts, and as long as this group is the dominant force on the Court, ANTIFA owns America’s streets and the US Supreme Court.
Eugene DePasquale vs. PA Sportsmen
Until a few years ago, Eugene DePasquale was to me just another career politician who was making the rounds of political seats in Pennsylvania, with his eye on the eventual governorship. There are people in both the Republican Party and Democrat Party (I used to be a Democrat) who do this, so I am not going to hang this boring and nettlesome practice around the neck of one particular political party.
Political careerism in a republic like America is inevitable, and while it bothers most voters, those same voters also overwhelmingly re-send their own elected representatives back to office repeatedly. So the idea of term limits is only as good as the voters are willing to make them, themselves.
Don’t like career politicians, most of whom make a hundred promises and say one thing and then do another thing altogether? Then stop voting for the same damned people over and over and over again. This power to inflict term limits is held in the hands of the voters in every election. But like old married couples who argue with one another and poke at each other with their canes, voters eventually become comfortable with the career politicians in their own lives, and repeatedly send them back to office, even while finding their voting record or behavior disagreeable. For whatever reason, this is especially true with registered Democrat Party voters. Senator Bob Casey , Jr. is probably Exhibit A in this phenomenon, because you cannot find anywhere a more do-nothing guy career politician than Bob Casey, Jr., who nevertheless keeps getting re-elected, despite having zero to show for his time on the taxpayer dime.
Eugene DePasquale is another example of this phenomenon, an Exhibit B of revolving door careerism, hunting down one political seat and then moving on to the next. I am unaware of DePasquale actually having a real world job. Ballotpedia lists his biography as:
“DePasquale received a B.A. in political science from the College of Wooster, an M.P.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He worked as an attorney and for the City of York as director of economic development. DePasquale then worked as deputy secretary for the Department of Environmental Protection. He also served as chair of the York County Democratic Party from 1998 to 2002.”
In other words, DePasquale’s actual real-world, hands-on life and work experience is about zero, or it may be zero. Candidates from either political party like DePasquale sicken me, because they are power-hungry and their policy lens is shaped entirely by what others (donors, political bosses) tell them to think, or worse, by what they believe will sell to the most voters. This is how we get such polarized political contests; candidates whose entire adult lives and professional careers have been in an insulated, unaccountable womb, where they are being groomed for the next step.
Yuck yuck yuck.
I met DePasquale once, a couple years ago, at a sportsmen’s round table he held in Lewisburg, PA. He was there at the urging of a lobbyist close to him, and to his credit he sat down with about ten of us from around the state, to discuss two things. First subject was his audit of the Pennsylvania Game Commission, focusing on the deer program, including chronic wasting disease, and the collection and use of royalties from oil, gas, minerals, and timber removed from State Game Lands. Second was his openly anti-gun public policy position, which he had found creative ways to implement or promote through his role as Auditor General.
In our discussion with him that day, DePasquale struck a severely cagey disposition. You could just so easily tell that our comments on his various positions and doings were passing right in one ear and out the other. He did not care. This was a perfunctory meeting set up to give the appearance of a career politician listening to constituents, when in fact the politician was probably thinking about dinner out with his wife or mistress or drinking buddies.
DePasquale evinced little concern that his obviously political investigation, designed to burnish his own credentials at the cost of whatever happened to get damaged in the process, could really hurt the PGC. And especially damage both its science-based deer management and its erstwhile political independence. Erstwhile, because as DePasquale’s Grand Inquisition into the PGC books showed, no public agency is bulletproof against meddling politicians. Had PGC officials or staff mis-spent public money, then by gosh fry ’em.
But of course, DePasquale found nothing that the PGC’s own regular annual audits had not found. And thus, the PGC did not have to change course on a damned thing it was doing. But DePasquale benefited politically from making it seem that he had possibly found something. And that is where I come out on this election he is in.
Here we have a candidate who has almost zero private work experience, who is 99.5% a political party construct and product, who has been sucking at the taxpayer teat for his entire career in one role or another, who tried to damage Pennsylvania sportsmen’s interests for his own political gain, running against incumbent congressman Scott Perry. To me, there is little to nothing compelling or exciting about Eugene DePasquale. He is another career politician drone who could be from either political party, except that he hates guns, used his elected position to beat on gun owners, and tried to hurt Pennsylvania sportsmen by hurting the PGC.
In great contrast to DePasquale, his opponent, Scott Perry, has been a complete champion for gun rights, AKA our Constitutional rights. He does not blame law-abiding citizens or manufacturers for other people’s criminal acts. And he has had a whole career in the private sector, including as a small business owner, prior to becoming a politician. I admire these two things about Scott Perry. Yes, yes, yes, I know, I know, I know, he also served in the military, as a chopper pilot, at a high rank.
I am one of those voters who only gets excited about a candidate’s military duty when it shows real gumption and leadership, and I guess Scott Perry has that. But it is his real-life business experience, his willingness to work hard, take risks, and make sacrifices that impresses me the most.
In contrast to Eugene DePasquale, whose biggest risks were wondering which pressed suit to wear to whatever fundraiser, and whether it was worth it to burn the Sportsmen enough to impress his gun-grabbing supporters to a degree that they would really, really write him bigger campaign checks.
In this election for Congress, it is not even close. It is Scott Perry who is the best candidate. That is who I am voting for. The other guy DQ’d himself a long time ago.
Will Democrat Media Declare Corrupt Biden the Winner when Trump Wins?
The American media seem poised to declare corrupt Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 election, even if he is the loser. So openly dishonest and partisan are these political activists that it will not surprise many voters if they come out at 9:00 PM on Election Day and simply declare Biden the winner, even if he is way behind in the electoral college.
Depending upon how President Donald Trump’s body processes his exposure to CCP-covid, the president may be walking around shaking hands and encouraging people to vote for him, or he may be in the hospital, unable to campaign in person in public. This weakened state would encourage the great revolt against democracy that has been brewing for the past five years among the Democrat Party, their media wing, and their street activists.
Just look how brazen the Democrat Party is here in Pennsylvania, where they physically block Republican poll judges from inspecting voting places. Sure, PA Lieutenant Governor Forehead is out there declaring that poll judges can only be in some places and not in others, but what has he got to hide? What are the Democrat Party people hiding?
Why wouldn’t Democrat Party employees simply welcome everyone in to every voting place and say “See? We are transparent and accountable. See for yourself and have a cup of coffee”?
A lot of secret, illegal fake cheating voting skulduggery is afoot, and just like Facebook is blocking Trump ads for vague reasons, these efforts in Philadelphia to block the public’s view into how people are voting there send a strong message that the Democrat Party intends to declare itself the winner of the election, no matter what the actual truth is.
America is in big trouble, because the Democrat Party cannot simply play by the rules, win, lose, or draw, and instead they are using every bit of possible uncertainty to cast a pall over the election outcome, so they can declare themselves the winner.
“And no, you can’t see how we won, either. You must just take our word for it.”
America is in big, big trouble.
