Congressional candidate Josh First received recognition and support for his long-time conservation work from internationally known hunting outfitter Bob Dunn, and from Cody Calls owner Larry Zearing, of Halifax, PA.

Dunn wrote "I support Josh First 100%" on one of Josh's flyers, and lauded Josh's hands-on land conservation record.  "I'm framing this flyer and hanging it in my hunting cabin forever; Bob's support is an honor," said First. 

Ground-breaking and trend-setting wildlife call entrepreneur Zearing noted how hard it is to run a small business with the unnecessary and unfair maze of federal and state taxes and regulations, and asked Josh to take a pledge to fight against both. 

"You bet I will," said First.  "What Larry Zearing and his hard-working family have to put up with and jump over just to make and sell high-quality wildlife calls is nothing but ridiculous.  These barriers are un-American, and I will do whatever is necessary to roll them back so that business owners like Larry and his family can get some breathing room."  These small business owners are the backbone of the American economy, noted First.

"Sportsmen for Josh First" flyers were seen at tables and booths throughout the Eastern Outdoors Sports Show, which was held at the Farm Show complex.  The flyers were distributed by noted sportsmen and business owners whom Josh has known for years.
