The Josh First for Congress campaign selects its official campaign vehicle: A green pickup truck.

 

"We are sticking to the timeless principles of low-cost and humble,principles that should define government," said candidate Josh First.

 

"No fancy buses, vans, or expensive vehicles for this campaign. This simple truck represents my view of how government ought to be.  Although Senator Scott Brown in Massachusetts popularized the green pickup truck for simple political campaigns, this trusty green pickup truck has been my sidekick since I bought it new in 2002 and has been my campaign vehicle since October 2009.  It will continue to do double-duty hauling firewood and our children," said First.

 

The truck is a 2002 Toyota Tacoma, built in America of American-made parts.  First knows that his supporters and donors, and voters in general, appreciate his humble style and simple values.
