Josh First's scheduled formal announcement was scooped by Bill Greenlee of Greenlee Partners and published in the firm's daily Harrisburg update.
"I am not quite sure how Bill Greenlee does it, but my impression is that he knew what we were planning even before we knew it ourselves," said congressional candidate Josh First.
"There is a reason why Greenlee is the best in Harrisburg; they know everything that's going on real-time," said First.
